Mohammadreza est quelqu'un de très attentionné qui essaie de toujours bien faire, des fois un peu maladroit mais sans importance. Il va continuer à s'insérer dans sa nouvelle vie en France et tout marchera à la perfection pour lui.
Yasmine est une hôtesse parfaite, toujours soucieuse du confort de ces locataires, elle est gentille, sympathique, serviable et toujours de bonne compagnie. La maison est magnifique, tout confort, joliment décorée, on n'a qu'à poser les valises et on s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi ! Je recommande vivement !

He is the real meaning of good landlord, he is very supportive, hostile, understanding, well-behaving, kind, helpful and caring. You feel like it's your own home and family ,you have access to a very well equipped kitchen and you have very good and well sized space for putting your stuff and groceries and fruits and other nourishments. The house is pretty the living room is quiet and warm . One of the most important things about this house is a very good access to public transport and lots of important bus lines just pass near house , if you are student you have a good access to all universities like jean jaures, paul sabatier and even capitole. You can go for shopping in carrefour drive of route de seysses with incredible prices just by bus and also you have a very good access to city centre by L4 bus. The fact that you have a private bathroom and the room is just beside the toilet is very important too. Cause it will help you feel veryyyy comfortable. And also because the room is considered 《chez l'habitant 》 you are eligible for more CAF aids. To sum up if you are searching for a room to rent and you want a perfect match for all your needs don't hesitate to contact dear Mr Cobos. You will miss when you leave the house just like I do.
