The apartment is beautiful, with a large, well equipped kitchen and two living rooms, so everyone has enough space. The rules are pretty much: keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and don't make a lot of noise at night. Sophie is helpful if you need assistance with something, and is perfectly willing to sit and chat/do activities together, but only if you show interest, otherwise the lodgers live independent lives. I got on very well with Sophie and we're good friends now! Good access to line 3 on the metro, about a half hour walk to the arc de triomphe, and near to a market, shops, and a mall. I would highly recommend this apartment!
Natasha est un rayon de soleil. Enjouée, souriante, toujours de bonne humeur, elle est une super colocataire. Très collective (elle adore cuisiner des gâteaux pour tout le monde
Patrick est un propriétaire à la fois très sérieux et très conciliant. La colocation est spacieuse, bien chauffée, bien isolée, suffissament équipée (avec des rénovations en cours). Le quartier est plutôt calme (assez proche du centre ville et de la gare). Maison cloturée sur deux étages (6 chambres, deux cuisines, deux salons, deux salles de bains) avec petite véranda à l'avant et jardin privatif à l'arrière (salon de jardin et barbecue) et possibilité de garer une moto et un vtt sans problème. Les colocataires d'origines diverses sont tous sympathique et acceuillant. Je recommande !
